the welcoming and helpful staff, clean and comfy rooms, and the phenomenal location make it our first pick whenever we visit. the indoor pool and hot tub are clean and enjoyable, especially with younger children, and the front desk staff are attentive and friendly. the outdoor seating by the water is a nice touch, and the quick text messages from the staff to ensure our satisfaction are greatly appreciated.
